The stud condition features a Superior No. 53 twenty-gauge deflection track secured to a concrete wall with zero point one seven seven inch diameter by one and one-half inch long shot pins with metal washers spaced at twenty-four inches on center. Gypsum board is installed as required per the floor plan with a one-half inch fill and caulking typical on both sides. The joist condition connects a steel joist and steel track to a continuous 362T18 track attached to the concrete wall using zero point one seven seven inch shot pins at twenty-four inches on center and shot pins securing the track to each stud. The assembly includes a number ten screw connection at the joist and track, and a one-half inch caulking joint at the base.
