This assembly seals a pipe penetration through a membrane roof using a premanufactured thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) pipe boot. The boot flange is secured to the roofing insulation system and deck with a minimum of four roofing fasteners spaced around the pipe opening. The membrane edge is sealed with a continuous bead of membrane edge sealant. The top of the boot is tightened against the pipe using a circumference draw band, with a continuous bead of sealant applied at the top interface to prevent water ingress.
