This assembly shows a roof eave condition with a bent steel diverter extending six inches from the fascia. The roofing system includes a vapor-permeable underlayment over the roof deck, with a self-adhered membrane (SAM-2) extending twenty-four inches inside the exterior wall line at all eaves. A secondary self-adhered membrane (SAM-1) is installed under the underlayment and over the roofing clips and diverter. The eave edge is finished with fascia flashing and soffit flashing, with the soffit positioned at elevation 80.25 feet. The diverter is finished to match the roofing material and extends per the project plan.
