The variable refrigerant flow condensing unit base rail bears on a two-inch spring isolator with a neoprene pad supported by a concrete pad provided by the general contractor. Vibration isolation and bolted or welded unit attachment proceed per the structural submittal using stainless steel or chrome-plated fasteners as required where exposed to weather. Roofing and waterproofing are provided by others at the concrete pad perimeter above the finished roof.
