The assembly consists of painted guard rail pickets spaced at a maximum of four inches on center with equal spacing across the top rail. A painted one-half inch by one-inch flat plate steel rail top ties the vertical pickets together. Centerline dimensions verify the four-inch maximum spacing requirement for safety compliance.
