A four-inch vent pipe penetrates through a plywood roof deck finished with a built-up roofing assembly consisting of two plies and a cap embedded in asphalt. A lead sleeve with a flange is set in cement flashing pitch around the pipe, complemented by a sheet metal collar over a roofing hot mop. The entire flashing assembly is sealed with roofing cement and finished with a protective white-acrylic coating, extending four inches horizontally and six inches vertically per the specified dimensions.
