A structural steel column finished with spray-applied fire-resistant material is enclosed within a 2 feet 8 inch by 2 feet 8 inch column cover profile. Four-inch diameter rainwater leaders and overflow rainwater leaders are accommodated within the enclosure space where required by plumbing design. Electrical and low-voltage conduit paths are routed through the assembly as detailed for electrical and technology services. Corner guards are installed at all exterior corners of the column cover. Dimensions indicate clear spacings from the column centerline to the rainwater leaders and the adjacent curtain wall.
