The assembly consists of a bottom base plate secured by four one-half-inch diameter by three-and-three-quarter-inch wedge anchors on each side. A bike support post is connected to the plates with a fillet weld all around. The top plate cantilevers over the base plate and is fastened with three-eighth-inch diameter by one-inch carriage bolts, three-eighth-inch washers, and three-eighth-inch nylock nuts at each side.
