This field fabricated pipe flashing assembly waterproofing penetrates a roof or wall with rigid insulation. A reinforced membrane and water stop lay at the base, overlain by non-reinforced flashing secured by a stainless steel clamping ring installed per the manufacturer. Fasteners and fastening plates anchor the assembly into the insulation layer, finished with a protective sealant bead.
