A concrete foundation wall sits on a concrete footing, with structural dimensions and reinforcement sized per structural drawings. Below-grade self-adhering sheet waterproofing covers the exterior face of the foundation wall and wraps the footing. An under-slab vapor barrier installed beneath the floor slab terminates at the foundation wall to maintain a continuous moisture seal. Floor finish follows finish plans, with a 1 foot 6 inch vertical offset between the slab and the top of the foundation wall.
