One-and-a-half-inch steel pipe vertical posts are spaced at six feet zero inches on center maximum and anchored into two-inch diameter by twelve-inch long steel pipe sleeves cast into concrete landings. The assembly includes one-and-a-half-inch primed and painted steel pipe horizontal rails and handrails secured with welded brackets and ground smooth. Reinforcing consists of number four bars measuring twenty-four inches at posts on each side. A thirty-six-inch high handrail is provided where required, and a forty-two-inch high guardrail is utilized at standard conditions.
