A suspended gypsum board ceiling transition terminates at a shadow mold edge bead. Hanger wires support the runner channels and framing channels of the ceiling grid. A twenty gauge shadow mold matches the adjacent T-bar system. One pair of bracing wires is provided parallel to the transition at twelve feet on center, located within six inches maximum from the vertical drop.
