The assembly consists of a 1-1/2 inch outside diameter painted galvanized steel vertical post and horizontal piping, reaching a total height of 36 inches. The post is secured into the concrete wall by core drilling and grouting to a minimum depth of 6 inches. The top of the concrete wall is sloped to the outside at a rate of 1/4 inch per foot, with a dome of grout applied around the base of the post to shed water. The adjacent landscape area is referenced to the civil drawings.
