This transition assembly joins luxury vinyl tile to rubber sports flooring over a concrete slab using a Johnsonite track base and adapter, specifically models MT-00-A and CD-XX-C. The transition profile spans a 3/4-inch gap and features a 3/16-inch vertical profile height. The luxury vinyl tile is installed with adhesive provided by the flooring contractor, while the rubber sports flooring is installed per the finish plan. Both flooring materials are set directly onto the concrete slab substrate.
