An aluminum storefront head is mounted directly beneath a concrete tilt-up wall featuring a three-quarter-inch typical chamfer at the exterior corner. The storefront frame is set one and one-half inches back from the exterior face of the concrete panel. Shims as required are installed with sealant over backer rod at each side of the frame junction. Caulking is applied at the exterior interface, and the glazing is specified per the project requirements.
