The roof assembly consists of a 5 1/8 inch thick F10-5 mass ply panel supporting a tapered rigid insulation layer and a 1/2 inch cover board. A fully adhered TPO roof membrane provides weatherproofing, meeting minimum Class B fire classification per Table 1505.1 and sloped to drain. One layer of 5/8 inch Type X gypsum board is attached directly to the underside of the mass ply panel using Type S drywall screws.
