An upper parapet assembly transitions to a glazed aluminum curtain wall below a cross-laminated timber panel roof. A metal composite material coping caps the parapet wall, which is wrapped in a vapor permeable self-adhered membrane and rigid insulation. The roof assembly consists of a cross-laminated timber panel supporting a vapor permeable self-adhered membrane, rigid insulation, coverboard, and a two-ply styrene-butadiene-styrene modified bituminous membrane. A pre-finished exterior glue-laminated vertical fin aligns with the exterior face above the glazed aluminum curtain wall.
