This wall base assembly features a stucco weep screed with drain holes positioned a minimum of four inches above grade. A fluid-applied weather-resistive barrier and Tyvek Commercial Wrap D separator sheet run down the face of the framing. Perm-A-Barrier Ultra self-adhered flashing integrates with a stainless steel base of wall flashing that extends a minimum of two inches past the sill. The assembly terminates at the foundation with a sealant joint over a compressible fill.
