This assembly details the jamb condition for an insulated sectional overhead door at a concrete panel opening. A three-inch galvanized overhead door track is mounted adjacent to the panel, which features a three-quarter-inch typical chamfer at the opening edge. Weather protection is provided by manufacturer-standard metal Z and vinyl weather seals, supplemented by continuous sealant at the panel interface. A dock seal with an adjustable head and drop curtain is installed per specifications, with additional weather stripping applied according to the manufacturer's requirements.
