Horizontal and vertical drywall control joint assemblies utilize Fry's Reglet DRM50-50 2-PC reglets installed with 5/8-inch gypsum wall board over metal stud framing per the framing schedule. Continuous tracks are secured with two number 8 sheet metal screws typical. Additional callouts indicate concrete tilt-up wall conditions with EMSEAL security seal SSW2 or equivalent, concrete slabs, and structural columns occurring as required. Horizontal control joints are specified to occur at 24 feet on center maximum vertically and horizontally, and vertically at roll-up door corners.
