A reinforced concrete walk and curb with a thickened edge features a medium broom finish and a one-half inch radius tooled edge. An optional precast curb and poured-in-place concrete walk configuration is indicated with dashed lines. Adjacent concrete paving and aggregate base course are supported on natural or compacted grade per soils report recommendations. Expansion joints are provided at twelve feet on center maximum perpendicular to edge conditions.
