A roof drain is protected by a forty-eight-inch tall three-sixteenths-inch bent steel plate mounted against a concrete tilt-up wall. The plate features flanges secured with one-half-inch by four-inch anchors at twelve inches on center and is finished with a painted caution yellow coating. A variable clearance of one and one-half inches minimum is maintained around the drain assembly.
