A base flashing system is installed over rigid insulation with a reinforced membrane and non-reinforced flashing. Fasteners and fastening plates secure the assembly at a maximum twelve-inch spacing with a one-inch minimum edge distance. A water stop is integrated into the vertical surface, secured with a stainless steel clamping ring. Sealant is applied at terminations per manufacturer specifications.
