Security cameras mount directly to a wall or column using anchors specified by the manufacturer based on field verification of mounting heights and locations. A one-inch conduit runs cabling as required from the device box to the nearest accessible ceiling space or cable tray. The device box is sized as required and positioned to ensure complete coverage by the camera. Contractors coordinate with the owner to verify locations, avoiding soffit light fixtures and ensuring proper field of view prior to rough-in.
