An aluminum storefront head is anchored beneath a concrete tilt-up wall featuring a three-quarter-inch typical chamfer at the exterior corner. Shims are placed as required with sealant over a backer rod on each side of the head member. Caulking is applied at the exterior interface between the storefront frame and the concrete panel. Glazing and the storefront system are installed per specifications, and structural support of the wall follows structural drawings.
