A quarter-inch medium-density fiberboard panel with all exposed surfaces clear sealed is adhered directly to the wall surface. A screen-printed vinyl sheet is adhered to the face of the medium-density fiberboard panel. The assembly is positioned with its centerline located four feet six inches above the finished floor.
