A one-half inch thick steel shear plate measuring 9-7/8 inches long by 8 inches high connects structural steel members. Two thirteen-sixteenth inch diameter through holes are spaced at four inches vertical centers with edge distances of one and nine-sixteenths inches vertically and one and one-half inches horizontally. A corner notch cutout measures three and one-half inches wide by seven-eighths inch deep.
