This assembly manages a hot pipe stack penetration through a single-ply roof membrane and rigid insulation over a metal deck. A vertical insulated metal sleeve surrounds the pipe, separated by a compressible non-flammable filler to accommodate thermal movement. The sleeve is integrated into the roof system with a metal flashing flange heat-welded to the single-ply membrane. A stainless steel draw band secures the top of the metal flashing and clamp against the sleeve, with continuous sealant applied at the top interface to prevent water infiltration.
