A hollow metal door and frame assembly with an insulated core door is set into a tilt-up concrete panel opening. The frame is secured to the concrete using screw anchors spaced at twenty-four inches on center vertically at both the front and back flanges, with shims placed between the frame and the concrete substrate. A dimpled frame profile accommodates the screw anchors. The concrete panel features a profile with dimensions of three-quarters of an inch and eight and one-quarter inches.
