A concrete walk with a thickened edge interfaces with a cast-in-place concrete curb and gutter assembly over aggregate base and natural grade. A one-half-inch expansion joint separates the walk from the curb. The curb features tooled one-half-inch radius edges, a three-eighths-inch lip, and a one-inch radius at the gutter invert. Subgrade conditions include eighteen inches minimum depth and specified finish grade elevations at sod and ground cover. Additional notes specify one-half-inch expansion joints at sixteen feet on center maximum and at curve tangents and corners.
