A six-inch clad sheet metal through-wall scupper penetrates the exterior wall assembly, featuring crimped collar edges embedded in typical sealant. The roofing membrane wraps into the opening and is heat-welded directly to the thermoplastic polyolefin-clad scupper. Continuous collar flashing surrounds the scupper, lapping with the membrane and heat-welded over it. Self-adhered flashing and exterior wall finishes are detailed per floor plans, directing drainage into an exterior downspout via the scupper box.
