An embed plate measuring 1 inch by 20 inches by 2 feet 6 inches is secured by six 1-inch diameter stainless steel ASTM A193 Grade B7 adhesive anchors with a 10-inch embedment. Three-quarter-inch plates and 1-inch by 7-inch by 1-foot 10-inch plates serve as stiffeners welded to the assembly with three-eighth-inch fillet welds. The layout includes centerlines for pipe supports spaced across the plate with typical edge distances of 2 inches and 3 inches.
