A square plate features a ten-inch inside diameter and a thirteen-inch outside diameter with a three-sixteenth-inch thickness. A circular ring of bolt holes is drilled through the plate in accordance with mechanical specification section twenty-three thirty hundred. Additional bolt holes are positioned at the four corners of the square plate.
