The assembly consists of a prefinished aluminum storefront sill framing system anchored over backer rod and sealant at the base substrate. Glazing is installed as scheduled into the aluminum profile with a three-quarter inch offset dimension. The framing member measures six inches in width by two and a half inches in height, with a half-inch clearance at the sill interface.
