A twenty-four gauge galvanized iron multiple pipe enclosure is secured over roof penetrations with grommetted fasteners spaced at twelve inches on center. The assembly incorporates a PVC clad metal flange set into the membrane using three-eighths inch head nails spaced at four inches on center in a staggered pattern. Spray-in-place polyurethane foam insulation fills the interior cavity around the pipes. A PVC cover strip membrane is hot-air welded on both sides over a metal nailer matching the thickness of the roof insulation. Multiple pipes slope away from the flashing to prevent water from dripping down into the building. An isometric view details the clad metal base flashing and top hood layout, while a front view details the upper and lower half lap configuration.
