This vertical joint detail at a tilt-up concrete wall incorporates a four-inch joint width sealed with a bed of sealant-1 at the exterior face. The wall assembly includes a pre-applied weather-resistive barrier liner, a rainscreen drainmat, and pre-applied self-adhering membrane-2. Pre-applied metal transition sets set in sealant-5 bridge the joint beneath a primary weather-resistive barrier lapped over metal flashing. A note directs that framing is per the architectural drawings.
