The scheduled door system with scheduled glazing is anchored into a jamb formed by two 18-gauge metal studs mechanically fastened together within the scheduled wall. Shims are provided as required to plumb and align the door frame within the rough opening. Continuous colored sealant and backer rod are applied on both sides of the joint between the frame and the wall finish. Sound batt insulation is installed continuously within the cold-formed steel stud cavity for acoustic separation.
