The assembly consists of a one and one-half inch outside diameter standard steel pipe handrail terminating with a ninety-degree painted bracket. The bracket is secured to the wall substrate using two three-eighths inch diameter expansion anchors when mounting to concrete or masonry walls. For stud wall applications, the bracket is fastened with two three-eighths inch diameter lag screws into a required two-by-ten treated wood blocking member. The angle of the pipe return varies to accommodate site-specific conditions.
