TPO single-ply roofing is applied over rigid insulation and sloped inward toward the interior of the roof assembly. A continuous metal cleat is fastened at sixteen inches on center to secure the coping edge at the top of the concrete tilt-up panel. Fasteners are spaced at twenty-four inches on center on both sides of the parapet cap, which is sealed to prevent moisture infiltration. A steel deck with rigid insulation supports the roof system from below.
