A hollow metal frame wraps the jamb of a concrete masonry unit partition with a maximum eight-inch dimension. Jamb anchors secure the frame into the masonry cores, and the masonry is notched as required for hardware provisions. Perimeter joints are sealed with sealant at both interior and exterior junctions.
