This assembly features a steel gate hinged to a concrete tilt-up panel. A continuous four-by-four-by-one-half-inch steel angle is embedded into the concrete panel, reinforced with number four bars at each hinge point. Three steel hinges are welded to both sides of the embedded angle and to a three-by-three-by-one-and-one-half-inch steel angle gate frame. The gate frame is clad with eighteen-gauge by one-and-one-half-inch deep galvanized steel decking, which is welded to the frame and braced with one-and-one-half-by-one-and-one-half-by-one-quarter-inch steel angle cross bracing. All metal components are to be painted to match the enclosure per project specifications.
