An acoustical ceiling tile system terminates at a wall angle adjacent to a framed bulkhead. The bulkhead consists of two-and-a-half-inch metal studs faced with Type X gypsum board, finished smooth with taped joints for a gloss paint finish. The assembly establishes a maximum two-foot pocket inside the curtain wall line as sized per plan.
