A seven by five inch twenty-four gauge factory pre-finished downspout is mounted flush against a concrete tilt-up panel. Fourteen by four inch wide bent straps spaced at sixty inches on center wrap around the downspout and are welded to wide steel angles. The four-inch wide angles are fastened to the concrete wall with stainless steel plug anchors at sixty inches on center. All components are painted.
