This mesh railing assembly connects to a supporting steel member and concrete slab edge using a bent plate configuration. Five zinc-coated through bolts measuring five-sixteenths of an inch by two inches with lock washers secure the baluster elements. A three-eighths-inch toe kick plate is positioned near the base alongside a three-foot-four-and-one-quarter-inch mesh plate bar. The overall railing height reaches four feet with a three-foot-six-inch rail height above the structural support.
