An exhaust fan unit sits atop a two-by-eight pressure-treated wood curb assembly mounted over a plywood roof deck and OSB sheathing. A 60-mil TPO roofing membrane is mechanically fastened over one-quarter-inch Securock using TPO barbed seam plates and fasteners spaced at twelve inches on center. A tapered perlite cricket with a minimum slope of one-half inch per foot directs drainage away from the curb. Corrosion-resistant unit counterflashing is secured with twenty-four gauge galvanized iron head screws through five-eighth-inch steel and neoprene washers spaced at twelve inches on center.
