A cold-formed steel stud wall and steel joist frame into a concrete wall with specific deflection track assemblies. The stud condition uses a Superior Number 53 twenty-gauge deflection track fastened to the concrete wall with zero-point-one-seven-seven-inch by one-and-one-half-inch long shot pins with metal washers at twenty-four inches on center, supplemented by gypsum board as required per the floor plan and a one-half-inch fill with caulking on both sides. The joist condition features a thirty-six-T-eighteen continuous track attached to the concrete wall using zero-point-one-seven-seven-inch shot pins at twenty-four inches on center and number ten screws connecting the track to each stud, with a one-half-inch clearance and caulking at the joint.
