A footing block out is designed for a future dock leveler. The assembly incorporates continuous #7 reinforcing bars on each face and #5 rebars at the bottom. Additional #3 ties at 12 inches on center span the full width of the panel. A future sawcut line is designated for the dock leveler without a V-groove form.
