A double wall-mounted shelving assembly is constructed from 16 gauge stainless steel with an all-welded construction and a 4 inch depth. The shelves are supported by 14 gauge galvanized steel hat channel brackets secured to the wall using 1/4 inch - 20 stainless steel bolts with toggles or expansion shields appropriate for heavy loads. Each shelf hooks over the bend in the top of the bracket and includes a 20 gauge stainless steel liner with sealant applied at the wall and front edge. Matching risers are provided on the ends of shelves against walls or equipment, and brackets are spaced at a maximum distance of 24 inches on center.
