A steel post is set into a poured concrete base measuring one foot wide by three feet deep minimum. The top of the pipe is capped, and the sign panel is secured using one-quarter inch diameter by one and one-half inch bolts, lockwashers, and waterproof nuts. The assembly provides a minimum clearance of six feet ten inches above grade.
