Metal panel cladding is mounted on girts set in compatible sealant over exterior sheathing and a fluid-applied waterproofing membrane referencing section 072726. The backup wall consists of cold-formed metal stud framing with batt insulation filling the stud cavity. Gypsum board is installed on the interior face of the metal stud framing.
